Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrectly delivered.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with a photo/video proof.
• Products should be unused and in original packaging.

Refund or Replacement

• Once verified, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund (as per your preference).
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• For prepaid orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.
